Non-Rated, Risk Retention Group
5 field employees max (employees are W2 or Partners)
$150,000 maximum annual payroll, excluding the owners payroll
50% maximum subcontracting cost for non-general contractor classes
General Contractors may chose an option to sub out 25% or an option to sub out 100% based on their particular operation needs.
$500k in gross receipts maximum. If you expect to exceed $500,000 in gross receipts, we have other programs available.
Sub-Contractors must carry equal limits to yours, name you as additional insured on their policy and
sign hold harmless agreemen
t with you or your company.
Uninsured Subs not acceptable. Employee(s) must be W2. If you pay by 1099, they are treated as sub contractors.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience required. If you have less than three years experience, we have other programs available.
Condos and Town homes – Work must be performed for single unit owners or in common areas only. No projects involving more than one unit. No structural work.
Incidental roofing allowed in conjunction with room additions (subject to $25,000 sub limit) -(OK for General Contractors in conjunction with remodels and room additions)
No framing as a subcontractor (OK for General Contractors in conjunction with remodels and room additions)
No foundations as a subcontractor (OK for General Contractors in conjunction with remodels and room additions)
No general contractors performing new ground up construction
New ventures accepted
Blanket Additional Insured endorsement included if by contract (no cost for adding basic additional insured’s to your policy if you are required by contract to do so)
Lapses in coverage accepted

Air Conditioning Systems Installation
Appliance and Accessories Installation – No dishwasher work
Concrete (Foundations) – Commercial work only, no foundation repair
Debris Removal – Demo work is allowed with a Bobcat or similar machinery
Door & Window Installation
Floor Covering Installation
Garage Door Installation
Landscaping – Any tree trimming must be performed from ground or ladder
Siding and Decking
Tile and Marble Installation
Pressure Washing – No Roofs, Roof Decks, Condo or HOA work
Plaster/Stucco – No condo or HOA work, no swimming pools
